In the name of God, I am at your service to present the ninth article, under the title "Presence in human society: Opportunity or Threat?".
Text of the Article
Presence in human society: Opportunity or Threat?: The human mind is formed through interaction with the Shaped Space around it and develops through its presence in society. We call this opportunity the "window of time-space" (time-space window). In this context, the mind can exchange thoughts and content with other minds in various forms and realize that the constraints of time-space influence the reception of concepts and the selection of forms for their expression, acting as a factor in creating challenges within human society. In this way, the progression of thought and content, as well as the transformation of forms across different periods, will become evident.
Therefore, the condition for a successful presence in society is awareness, knowledge, and maintaining appropriateness and balance in choosing the window of time-space. However, it is known that the foundation of the mental space or personality of a human being is established within the family, and a lack of parental awareness or their cognitive weakness regarding interactive education and upbringing results in sending an individual into society who is clearly incapable of functioning within it. Now, the effort of this individual to establish a connection with society is considered a two-sided threat, because by choosing an inappropriate window of time-space, both the individual and society will suffer severe consequences. For example, social withdrawal leads to isolation and seclusion for the individual, while social antagonism (social hostility) causes irreparable events for both society and the individual.
Explanation of the Article
I explain the term "window of time-space" such that the assumption is that human is a window; when they are placed in front of a reality, it is as if they open a window and look at the external reality from within the limitation defined by a window. If they want to express a topic to others, again, human can be interpreted as a window toward their own space. The terms time and space can also be considered as the period in which the observation is performed, or the position in which the individual is placed and the extent of their command over the external reality.
With this explanation, the presence of an individual in human society is as if it is a confrontation of windows whose specifications, especially their time-space definitions, are different. Even if they look at a single object, depending on what specifications the window has, their perceptions will be different. One individual looks at that reality from a specific period, and another person standing in another place, even if the period of observation is identical, will have a different perception due to the difference in the extent of command over the external reality.
Now, I think you can consider why I have regarded the presence of a human in human society as an "opportunity and threat". If the way of a person's entry into society is not accompanied by those necessary proportions and balances, individuals will hit problems with one another and experience incompatibility. Although at first it might be imagined that individuals are in front of an external reality and must have an identical perception, the specifications of these mental windows are not identical and because of this, consequences arise. That, for example, an individual becomes socially withdrawn goes back to their lack of preparation to enter society. Of course, in the article it was referred that this lack of preparation goes back to the family and the state of affairs that occurred in that family; meaning to how that window was formed. Now, suppose a person with those limitations enters society and wants to interact with others. When the proportion of vision and reception among individuals is not identical, the perceptions that the person acquires regarding others can produce a state in them that they flee from their own society. They feel that what they see and explain for others is not identical to the interpretations others use, and the behaviors done with them are not behaviors that validate them. If the limit of this confrontation passes a border, the person reaches the conclusion that it is better to distance themselves from society, become isolated and secluded. If we consider a more severe state, even the person might become socially antagonistic; meaning their perception would be as if society does not want them and has hostility with them. Of course, society has small and large. A family is also a society. When we take into account this expression "they don't want me", it is like a child reaching the conclusion that in the family they don't want them; now in whatever age they might be. Again, this is the incompatibility of windows; meaning that growth which must happen and that perception which must be done in a suitable way, did not happen. The mismatch of interactive education and upbringing (nurturing), which was referred to in the previous article, can be the cause of this topic. What a socially antagonistic person can do can include any type of disruption they create in the trend of society's affairs; any type of crossing the rules or not paying attention to the norms of society can also be an example of this behavior.
Summary
We must take the discussion of the window of time-space very seriously. If those adaptabilities are not respected, the presence of the individual in society will be regarded as a threat; but if those selections are done correctly and adaptability is established between the time-space windows, this presence will be an opportunity for the clash of opinions. Individuals can learn different points from one another, experience diverse shapes of exchange of thoughts and presentation of content, and through this, the ground for individual and social growth will be prepared.
